Where oh where, oh where is the church?
Can someone please tell me just where could it be?
Oh I’m sorry I forgot for a minute, the church is in me
I may be all the church some folks may ever see!
So you know I really have to watch my behavior,
As I go to and fro representing my Saviour!
Oh my, for me this is a joy, this is not labor.
This includes without a doubt me loving my neighbor.
Where oh where, oh where is the church?
Can someone please tell me just where could it be?

Love begins at home, with mother, father, son and daughter
See I start with them, and then spread it farther
The more I love my capacity gets broader
It’s just the church in me it’s not a bother.

I’m feeling it now the excitement of that great day!
“Well Done Good and Faithful Servant” is the words He’ll say!
I gave you the choice to do what you may,
Instead you honored me, you did it my way.
